A new domain and a new beginning is on the horizon in more ways than one

Welcome to the new Presstiege DOT COM, as the old domain was .space due to the .com not being an option at the time. I have moved over from a Wordpress site I hosted on AWS over to Google's Blogger with this new domain and what perfect timing, since Stars Reach is about to enter Open Beta in the near future. This means plenty of systems to test, plenty of screenshots to take and share, as well as all kinds of persistent projects and players to mingle with as a result. We've all come a long way since these Pre-Alpha Test Corps shirts and hoodies, and I can't wait to be there at the finish line with everyone when Stars Reach is ready to officially launch in the distant future according to Raph and his team's vision over at Playable Worlds.

Speaking of which, I've added official links to the right side of the page for those interested or not in the know, so feel free to check the Stars Reach page out if you haven't done so just yet, possibly wishlist the game on Steam if you haven't already done so, as it only takes a bit of your time and nothing else from you to do so, and feel free to meet the team working on it all over on the Playable Worlds website. I'm just a fan doing this for a fun hobby, I'm not endorsed, and as such, I'm planning more to chronicle things within the game itself as well as community events from time to time.

To be honest, once I learnt journalism is a skill within the game and players can have multiple levels of guilds, I wanted to make something like this that persists both in and out of the game and also with the interest of documenting Servitor names. I backed several accounts myself and paid to add a few deceased friends and family member names in, so I wanna travel the stars to someday find those same Servitors carrying on their namesake and honor, even if it's just documenting names via screenshots and videos of players interacting with the Servitors via gameplay systems and finding out they're pooled from a list of submitted names at random instead of being static NPCs across the universe. It would also be nice to learn about various events within the community like musical endeavors and other get togethers and help share awareness about them and maybe even document what happened at those events. Stars Reach lives and breathes with the players, so even if I'm just a small voice in the void of space, I wanna share with others the joys and triumphs others have made possible within the game.
